Open WP_GS_PP17, Use your Ellipitcal Marquee Tool, Select a section of your paper, paste into your document behind your frame.

Open up your tube, re-size by 80%, paste her into your document, erase some of her so it looks like she's tucked behind the frame.
Add your drop shadow to your tube, uncheck "Global Lighting", set the angle to -45, opacity 30% > distance 3 > size 3.

Open WP_GS_FLOURISH1, re-size by 60%, paste into your document, rotate it, put it behind your frame and paper. Duplicate layer, flip horizontal, and move it over. Duplicate it again, but flip vertical, and move up. Duplicate again, flip ir horizontal and move over.

Open WP_GS_WIRE2, re-size by 89%, paste into your document, behind your frame, papers, everything except the white background.

Use your magic wand and select the tubes dress, duplicate that layer 3 times.
Go up to Filter > Noise, Have Uniform checked, along with Monochromatic.
For the first layer, set the amount to 12, then the second layer, 13, then the last, 14.
Animate it, set the delay time to 0.1seconds.

Select your frame layer, use your magic wand, and click the inside of your frame, you should have marching ants around the inside of it, right click and hit "copy", and when your new layer pops up, click the eye off of "effects".
Go up to your Xenofex 2: Constellation, make your settings like this:
For every layer, hit "random speed", and animate it.

Open WP_GS_STAR3, re-size by 30%, paste into your document, rotate slightly. Duplicate it, rotate again. Duplicate, rotate again.

Add your copyright information, name & Tag it. Then you're done! :D
