Let's begin!
Open up your new document 500x500.

Open up MLMVFRAME9, re-sizze by 65%, paste into your document and rotate.
Add drop shadow opacity 30% > distance 3 > size 3.

Open up MLPAPER19, resize by 65%, paste into your document.

Open up MLMVBOOK re-size by 25%, paste into your document, rotate and add drop shadow opacity 20% > distance 3 > size 3.

Open up MLMVPOSER and re-size by 55%, paste into your document, add drop shadow opacity 30% > distance 3 > size 1.

Open up MLMVCROSS re-size by 50% and paste into your document, add drop shadow opacity 30% > distance 3 > size 3.

Open up MLMVCANDLE3 and re-size by 25% and paste into your document, add drop shadow opacity 30% > distance 3 > size 1.

Open up MLMVDOODLE2 and re-size by 75%, paste into your document, but behind everything except the white background.

Duplicate layer, hit control + T, Flip horizontal & move until you have your desired look.
