Goblins Beware Tutorial

Supplies Needed:
Template Halloween #2 by Designs by Ali
Scrap kit called Halloween, By Halo's Designs
Eye Candy 5 Impact: Gradient Glow
Lokas Software



Open your template.

Go to Edit > "Duplicate...", Duplicate it and re-name it "Tag".
Close out the original.

Re-size it 500 x 468.

Open hd-paper16, go to edit > define pattern > OK.
close out the paper.

Make sure all layers are invisible except for "Raster 1", Right click your layer > Blending Options > Pattern Overlay > The Pattern you just defined > OK.
Press Shift + Control + N and a new layer should pop up, press Shift + Control + E and those layers should merge.
Add your drop shadow > opacity 30% > distance 3 > size 1.


Open hd-paper15, go to edit > define pattern > OK.
close out the paper.

Make sure all layers are invisible except for "Raster 3", Right click your layer > Blending Options > Pattern Overlay > The Pattern you just defined > OK.
Press Shift + Control + N and a new layer should pop up, press Shift + Control + E and those layers should merge.
Add your drop shadow > opacity 20% > distance 3 > size 1.

Open hd-paper9, re-size to 300 x 300,paste into your document, over your circle, use your magic wand on your "raster 2" layer, click outside of the circle, then go to your paper layer, erase whatever paper is outside of the marching ants.
Right click your paper layer > stroke > size 4 > position inside > color #260002. Add your drop shadow > opacity 20% > distance 3 > size 1.

Delete "raster 2".

Delete all the copies of "Raster 4", you won't need them.

Select "raster 5", go up to lokas cotton, highlight white, shadow black, bevel width 5, bevel depth 100.
Add your drop shadow > opacity 20% > distance 3 > size 1.

Make sure all layers are invisible except for "Raster 6", Right click > Blending Options > Color Overlay > Color Black > OK.
Press Shift + Control + N and a new layer should pop up, press Shift + Control + E and those layers should merge.
Go up to your eye candy gradient glow > glow radius 0.01
Add your drop shadow > opacity 30% > distance 3 > size 1.

Open hd-BLW-5Bell-Graphics, re-size by 60%, paste into your document, add your drop shadow > opacity 30% > distance 3 > size 1.
