How to Animate in Adobe Photoshop

open up your "Adobe Photoshop"

When you have got your adobe photoshop open, click File > New... > Width 500 pixels Height 500 Pixels. Click OK.

Use your text, and write "Test", size 72. Use the color pink so the noise shows up better.

Right click your layer and hit "Duplicate Layer"

Now do that again with the second layer that you have just created.

Be sure to have your FIRST layer selected.

Now go up to Filter > Noise > Add Noise. Should look like this

This will pop up:
Just click okay.

Let's add some noise... Let's say...20?

Click OK.
Now go to your next layer, do the same thing, except, make it 22.
Repeat with the last layer, make it 24.

Now, Go to your Image Ready.

You see your layers? You see the eyes beside them? Click them off. Except for the first layer.

Now click this
and it should make a new frame.
Go back to your layers, click the eye off of the FIRST layer, and click it on for the SECOND layer.

Now, click this again
And there should be a third layer that pops up.

Click off the eye beside your SECOND layer and click it on for your THIRD layer.

Now click "Play" (This)

And you SHOULD have this:

If you're wondering how to save it go up to File > Save As > .GIF.

And you're done! Hope you enjoyed my tutorial :)
